The child soldiers campaign - is a collection of magazine spreads and billboards aimed at informing people of the reality of the use of children in armed conflict around the world. In these images, I have digitally replaced the sleeping child's teddy bear with a weapon.
The text from the magazine spreads is quoted below:
"300,000 children worldwide have been coerced into being a part of military or paramilitary groups. They are deprived of their childhood, socialized into a culture of violence, and forced to commit violent crimes against other militant groups, innocent civilians and even their own families."
